About Quandell
Quandell Iglesia is a business development strategist, real estate professional, and community leader focused on growth, mentorship, and opportunity. As Team Leader of the IQ Real Estate Team and Founder and President of SNJ Millennials, he empowers entrepreneurs and young professionals through education, networking, and leadership development.
His work spans business consulting, nonprofit leadership, and public service. Quandell advises startups, small businesses, and nonprofits on branding, sales strategy, and growth. He is a 2 term elected member of the Monroe Township Board of Education in Williamstown, Gloucester County, where he has held leadership roles in finance and operations and currently serves as Chair of the Negotiations Committee, Technology Liaison, and NJSBA Legislative Chair. In these roles, he supports students, staff, and families while helping shape policy, labor relations, and statewide education advocacy. He is also an active member of the Voorhees Gibbstown Lions Club.
A respected voice in the region, Quandell was named one of South Jersey Magazine’s 2024 Men of the Year and honored as a Man on the Move by the National Hook Up of Black Women. That same year, PHL17 News featured him for mentoring future Hispanic leaders. His accolades include South Jersey Biz’s Executive of the Year, SJ Real Producers’ Rising Star, and KYW Newsradio’s Game Changer. He was also recognized by South Jersey Journal as one of the Most Influential African Americans and earned the NJ Governor’s Award for Volunteerism.
